- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Important: If we detect suspicious activity or policy violations, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use HighTalk in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include:
- Harassment, bullying, or threatening other users
- Sharing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
- Spamming, scamming, or fraudulent activities
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security
- Using automated systems (bots) without authorization
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Sharing explicit content with minors
3. User Content and Communication
HighTalk enables users to communicate and share content. By using our service:
- You retain ownership of content you create and share
- You grant HighTalk a license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service
- You are solely responsible for the content you share
- We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws
- End-to-end encrypted messages cannot be accessed by HighTalk staff
Note: While your messages are encrypted, metadata (such as who you communicate with and when) may be retained for service functionality and legal compliance.
4. Moderation and Enforcement
HighTalk employs both automated systems and human moderators to ensure community safety:
- We reserve the right to review reported content and user behavior
- Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans
- Decisions are made at our sole discretion

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for user-generated content
- We are not liable for interactions between users
- You use HighTalk at your own risk
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

8. Intellectual Property
All HighTalk branding, design, code, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws:
- HighTalk and its logo are trademarks owned by us
